About me
Combination of legal services with economic education and international experience.
I am a lawyer and economist, a graduate of Charles University and the University of Economics in Prague, majoring in International Trade. After graduation, I gained valuable legal and life experience while interning at the Supreme Court of Colorado, USA. I have worked in advocacy since 2015, gaining experience in prestigious law firms such as HAVEL & PARTNERS. I use the combination of legal and economic education extensively in my practice and consider it as a high added value.

In law, I am engaged in general practice. In particular, I specialized in real estate and business transactions, representation of clients before the court, investment company law, corporate consulting, and compliance. I also provide my services in family law, criminal defense, and representation ex-offo. I have worked for various clients, from individuals to leading Czech companies, from the CZECH TOP 100 ranking. I provide my services mainly in Prague and Hrádek nad Nisou, where I have my offices.

Price list
- Hourly Rate
- Based on the type and complexity of the case (CZK 2,000 – CZK 3,000 per hour)
- Fixed Fee
- A fixed price for processing a specific task (e.g., drafting a contract)
- Contingency Fee
- Success-based remuneration (only in justified cases)
- Non-Contractual Fee
- If the fee is not agreed upon in a contract, it is governed by the so-called attorney’s tariff
Additional costs not included in the attorney’s fee are court fees, travel expenses, expert fees, notary fees, etc.
Payment terms are as follows:
- The anticipated time required and the fee amount will always be communicated to you in advance
- After the initial consultation, a proforma invoice will typically be issued in accordance with the estimated complexity of the legal service
- Upon completion of the legal service, you will receive a summary of the actions performed
- Everything is subject to individual agreement
